Exchange and Return Policy:
1. Order Receipt:
- Orders are delivered by the shipping company's representative.
This representative is not affiliated with our store and is only responsible for delivering the package.
So you must be sure the product is sealed
2. Exchanges:
- For exchanges within 14 days, a new order must be placed with new shipping fees.
3. Returns:
- If you wish to return an item, you must visit our store in person to process the return within 14 days,

as the shipping company does not handle cash returns.

مندوب شركة الشحن مسؤول عن التوصيل بس، عشان كدة لما تستلم الطلب بتاعك من مندوب الشحن اتأكد إن الطلب مقفول
- التبديل:
لو حبيت تبدل خلال 14 يوم الطلب بتاعك هتعمل طلب جديد متضاف له مصاريف شحن
- الاسترجاع
شركات الشحن مبتنقلش فلوس، في حالة انك عايز تسترجع الطلب خلال 14 يوم هتحتاج تزورنا في الفرع: ٦ شارع فراسكو - النزهة
